Parts Trucks

I got very, very lucky.  My lil bro is a mechanic at a Toyota dealership.  He had two co-workers who had between them a '66 parts truck, and a '75 parts truck.  The '66 had a good cab, a running 250, and a few other parts here and there that I can use.  The '75 had the complete front suspension and rearend.  I gave $200 for the '66 and $50 for the '75.  These two saved me a bundle!

The '66.  She's not pretty, but the parts - esp the cab - are far better than what I had to start off with.  The floor's pretty bad on this one.  I wish the tailgate was in better shape.......That hood is from another '66.  I traded a guy my hood and my engine brackets for this hood and a good carb.
The '75.  Disc Brakes!  5-Lugs all the way around!  This truck, at $50, prob saved me $500.  I don't know where I would've found a '72 rearend, and I know I couldn't just buy the axles, I would've had to buy the whole thing.  The guy I bought the truck from said the gears are 3:73; that won't work.  My original gears will go in.
